European and Interprofessional Education presence at the Network: TUFH 2009 Conference in Jordan

Dear Colleagues

Its nearly time to submit your abstracts for the Network: TUFH conference “Achieving Quality in Health Care: Challenges for Education, Research and Service Delivery” which will be in Jordan this year. Details of how to submit is available on the website (http://www.the-networktufh.org/conference).
Lets make this year the year when the European presence and the IPE presence is really felt at the conference and get lots of abstracts submitted.

If anyone is interested in running a joint workshop with me I would be very interested in hearing from you.
Do also remember that we are looking for a venue in Europe (particularly Eastern Europe) for future conferences so if anyone knows of an institution which would like to host a conference please do let me know.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you in Jordan.

Best wishes

Dear Colleagues,

The 2008 Report of the IPE Taskforce is now available at: https://www.the-networktufh.org/about_us/taskforceitemdetail.asp?id=30&tt=Activities&t=Taskforces

At above mentioned website you can also find the notes from the flip charts of the combined IPE and elderly taskforce workshop at the Network: TUFH 2008 Conference in Bogotá, Colombia. Perspectives from different countries were discussed and in addition to the action points noted at the end of the flip chart it was agreed that as chair I would try to facilitate support for students who wanted to take forward IPE projects during the year with a view to them presenting at next year conference.

Best regards,

Dear Colleagues,

Welcome to the new Weblogs of the Network: TUFH Taskforces!

Weblogs (also known as "blogs") are easy-to-use websites, where anyone can quickly post thoughts and information, interact with others, and more. The Network: TUFH Office and Taskforce members will be posting reports and messages to these weblogs on a regular basis. If you are a member of The Network: TUFH you are invited to also post messages on these blogs. To get clearance to do so, please contact The Network: TUFH office at: secretariat@network.unimaas.nl .
